SWARTZ XTREME STARTED A PROJECT IN 1998 TOO REDESIGN OUR FRONT CLIP AREA AND SHORTEN IT, THEN TO LENGTHEN OUR FRONT BUMPER TO REDUCE THE CHANCE OF BENDING THE FRONT CLIP; AND MOVING THE STRUT ROD TO THE REAR OF THE LOWER CONTROL ARMS. THIS GAVE US A BETTER CHANCE OF FINISHING RACES AFTER AN IMPACT WITH A FRONT WHEEL BECAUSE THE STRUT TUBE BEING COMPRESSED, WOULD BEND INSTEAD OF BEING PULLED APART, AND SNAPPING. WHICH RESULTED IN DESTROYING SHOCK, HEADER AND POSSIBLY MORE. ALSO THIS DESIGN MOVED MORE WEIGHT TO THE CENTER OF CHASSIS. ALSO MAKING FOR A TIGHTER DRIVING RACE CAR.

SWARTZ XTREME INTRODUCED OUR NEW DOUBLE LOOP MAIN CAGE DESIGN IN 2010 WHICH HAS SET ANOTHER STANDARD IN SAFETY AS WELL AS A NEW BOB TAIL REAR TAIL SECTION TO BUILD RIGIDITY IN THE SHOCK AN 4 LINK AREA. THIS WILL HELP REDUCE THE PROBABILITY OF BENDING THE REAR CLIP IF IN A CRASH. ALSO MOVED MORE WEIGHT TO THE CENTER OF CHASSIS TO KEEP CAR TIGHTER. (THE BOB TAIL/ REAR TAIL SECTION WAS INSPIRED BY KYLE BERCK).THEN THE NEW FRONT SUSPENSION COMBINATION AND ROLL CENTER REDESIGN WORK LET THE CAR TURN THROUGH THE CORNERS FASTER.

SWARTZ XTREME TO COMPLETE THE ULTIMATE RACING MACHINE TO FIT YOUR FULL CONTAINMENT SEAT, HAS OPENED THE WINDOW AREA AND RAISED THE ROLL CAGE 3 1/2"+ FOR BETTER DRIVER ENTRY AND EXIT. WITH SAFETY STILL IN MIND HAS ELECTED TO STAY WITH OUR NEW XTREME ALUMINUM ROOF BECAUSE OF FIRE SAFETY FOR DRIVER EXIT. WE USE NO LEXAN, PLASTIC OR FIBERGLASS AROUND THE DRIVER ALSO FOR THIS REASON.
 
SWARTZ XTREME ALSO IMPLEMENTED A REDESIGNED BODY PACKAGE TO HELP PUSH THE FOOT PRINT OF THE TIRES INTO THE RACE TRACK TO HELP YOU OR YOUR DRIVER TO HAVE A BETTER FEELING OF STABILITY TO GO FORWARD OR TURN LEFT WITH LESS OR NO THOUGHT OF SLIPPAGE.

FRONT AND REAR BUMPERS, RUB BARS, PUSH BARS AND ANY OTHER BODY SUPPORT AREAS OR HIGHLY PRONE CONTACT AREAS ARE CONSTRUCTED OF ELECTRIC WELDED MILD STEEL TUBING. WE USE MILD STEEL IN THESE AREAS TO MINIMIZE OR REDUCE ANY POSSIBLE DAMAGE TO CRITICAL AREAS OF THE CHASSIS, AND MOST IMPORTANTLY TO ABSORB CRASH ENERGY. LIMITING THIS ENERGY FROM REACHING THE DRIVER.
